New website owner please help

Hi I am a new member here and am looking for some help. I started my website recently and have been seeing around 1,000 views a day this past month. I am not getting any clicks on my Google Adsense ads and no sign ups on my fitness directory. Can anyone take a look and give me some suggestions on changes I should make? I am willing to invest money to make money so if anyone has any software suggestions I am open to check them out. My website is Find Fitness Pros. Thank you in advance for any useful suggestions.
