I have bought a few thousand dogecoins. I wish to buy stellar and Litecoins. I was trying to buy them for Fiat money but doesn't look like that will happen. It happened for dogecoin though.
Does anyone know where I can buy stellars?

try using stellar.org they offer some free stellar's too if i am not wrong...just check

You should buy on binance but if the amount is large do not keep it on exchange.
