Yes and it'll be hard from now on to use coupons multiple times, cos if you do and if the catch, then the $20 odd will be gone in to their account and of course, they'll start maintaining CC info very strictly from now on, so I think no option for the use of same VCC.

It doesn't really seems to work. I've opened a new Adwords account and used a voucher. You have to pay when you've reached 50 euro's, but I already received the €75 credit after I "spent" €25. It just changed to +50.
In fact, Google's decision was stupid. You can spent €124,99 now without paying anything.

I would like a voucher - does anyone know where I can get one? I dont mind paying the $25 fee.
