New Facebook Limits!

So I created afb page and it started becoming popular acquiring a few likes. Not too many likes, but I guess a little faster than what most fb pages get when they first launch. That's where my mistake was. Probably should've slowed down the rate in which the page was receiving likes as soon as is was launched.

Note: The page hasn't hit 100 likes yet, it's in the 60's to be exact. So I'm assuming it's probably better to slowly drip the likes.

This is the message that's placed on the top of the fb page (Admin Panel)

Limits have been placed on "YOUR FB PAGE HERE"

• All Like buttons off of Facebook that point at your Page have been disabled. This limit is temporary and expires Saturday, August 4 at 12:09pm.

Just giving everyone the heads up.

Yes, the first likes are often the hardest to get, and FB is trying to stop people from reserving page names for pages with just fake followers.

What countries were your fake fans coming from? Trick I would recommend is getting fake fans from the same geographic location initially to simulate an authentic spread.
