New domain for pdf method?

could you be more specific about that,
are you trying to rank using the links as tier 1 links?
If yes, you can use them on a brand new domain, but don't do it aggressively (1k links a month)
do it progressively and rise the number of the daily links per time (make it look somehow natural)
idk if these links would work or not for ranking tho, I would like to see the results about that

If you are using the domain only to monetize the traffic you get from parasites like pdfs, you are good to go.
If you are counting on pdfs (as parasites) to rank your website, don't hold on to that dream. PDFs tend to get banned.
And I am not talking about pdf sites like scribd or issuu. I am referring to those pdfs from the 'method'.

In what time frame, like a few days or a few hours? I was planning on uploading bulk pdfs and trying to get some to slip through the cracks. If you can keep them up and ranking for a few days I imagine you will make a decent bit of money back.

Just google popular topics like "free fortnite skins" you will see the majority of the top results are pdfs. Thanks for your previous answer as well

but are you actually trying to rank them or using them for link building?
you are sure of the first, but can you be sure that they will actually work as used as links?
give it a try and test things up

It only depends on your list. Some get deleted in hours. Others in week.
You might find a couple that don't get deleted. But, don't hold your breath.
The method is out in the open. You have to make it work for you... if you can.
