new business registration - suspended

I am getting business immediately suspended upon registering new business "for quality issues." Anyone know why this may be the case? how to fix this problem ?

I got an email message "your business profile has been suspended because the address used in your profile doesnt match the physical location of the business"
 
This can happen if you are using the GMB registration address which has been spammed to the death.
 
What is the niche? I assume that might be related to your niche.
 
Is it a real business? Or are you trying to register a virtual business into a real address using some service?
