new business registration - suspended

I am getting business immediately suspended upon registering new business "for quality issues." Anyone know why this may be the case? how to fix this problem ?

I got an email message "your business profile has been suspended because the address used in your profile doesnt match the physical location of the business"

This can happen if you are using the GMB registration address which has been spammed to the death.

Review again the Google My Business guidelines
Also, sign in and review your profile to comply with the guidelines.
Rectify locations that comply with GMB guidelines, you can request for their reinstatement.
