New ad account not spending

Currently, most advertising accounts running in VND currency are not spending on advertising. You can try switching to USD currency. My account running in USD currency is still spending very well. :)

Has anyone here encountered a situation where they use a new ad account but don't spend?
What is the reason?
And how to fix it?
There are many reasons why an account doesn't spend, check your page to see if it's banned? Try changing things up.

Right now there's a shitstorm on Facebook. Contact the Facebook support to fix it and wait.

I have checked many different accounts and campaigns, the main problem comes from your campaign itself, it has some platform errors that slow down the spending process.

The best solution is to replace a new social network account, a new page will consume normally.

I also encountered the same situation in Fb, and the latest is with Google ads, it spends money on some bait videos - but the actual target video is not spent, which is difficult to understand.

Even if the campaign is Active, some ads or creative may be in review status, resulting in non-delivery

If a new ad account isn't spending, it could be due to an insufficient budget set up, a targeting audience that's too narrow, content that violates policies, or an issue with the payment method. To fix this, check your budget, expand your audience, ensure your content complies with your policies, and test your payment methods.

What currency is your account in? I'm not sure because there are many reasons for this problem. Check everything: is your account banned or restricted? Does your campaign have any errors? Is the budget you set enough? Is the payment method approved?…

make sure to work on your page speed and decrease your average loading time – this will lead to a better user experience and better ad quality

My budget started at $20, and I changed everything and still didn't spend it.

You can use stronger account to spend, you need to enable campaign to stay active for 1-2 days, account will start spending again

New ad accounts often face spending restrictions due to Facebook's trust-building process or flagged activity. This can happen if the account lacks verified payment methods, consistent usage history, or aligns with suspicious behavior. To fix it, verify your payment method, run low-budget compliant campaigns first, and avoid sudden scaling or risky niches.

This situation has been happening quite frequently lately. You could try this: create a new campaign, using a new page and post, and set a lifetime budget of 5$. Once the campaign starts spending, go back and increase the budget for the campaign on the old page. Hopefully this will help you

WarmUp the Account Start with small budgets$1day and increase gradually over time to build account trust.

Many people are having the same problem as you, mainly due to account reliability. you should use the old account for better campaign launch

Start with a low daily budget and increasing it gradually, if it still doesn't work, I think you should consider replacing other account
