New ad account not spending

Ads flagged as low quality due to clickbait, withholding information, or sensational language might not spend

The fastest way is to buy an account that has a spending history on Facebook, then launch a campaign with the smallest amount of money and slowly increase the money so that the campaign can spend money continuously
 
This error is recently frequently encountered when adding new account cards. You should use another account with a spending history.

The most and maybe only way to deal with this is try to create 2 campaigns with budget of 10$ or 20$ to fix this hidden hold. Then, see which accounts are active and increase budget

This error is made by FB itself and it happens randomly on ads, so I suggest you to create new campaigns instead my friend.
 
This happening with Google Ads too, seems like they are giving very low power to newly created accounts to avoid spamming.

This is due to the account not the campaign, change account
 
I usually set up 1 campaign, 1 group, 1 ad, it will spend after a period of time
 
I also encountered this for a few weeks already, and I found no solutions yet

because the account is hidden on Hold. You replace it with another account or the account has been spent

Nowadays this often happens to new accounts, you should set up interactive campaigns to support spending accounts right from the beginning.

You use a new page, post a new post, then go to a lifetime campaign, set a budget of $5, when your account starts spending, you go to a campaign on your old page.

Accounts with very rare spending histories often command quite high prices.

new accounts almost all have this problem. create a campaign with low budget 5-10$ and run it for 5 days, maybe on the 2nd or 3rd day it will spend again

This error is now very common on new accounts. You can buy old ad accounts created in 2021 or earlier for more stability.
