I've recently registered an account and uploaded a few gaming videos. Got a few dozens views there, couple subs. Applied for YouTube Partner Program but they say my channel viewership is low

What are the exact requirements to get into YouTube Partner Program?

This might help. There are no exact requirements. Just get a few more views and I'm sure you'll be accepted.

Its a new account that is main reason,

Read this on its term page:

Partners with 75,000 cumulative watch hours over the last 90 days

You need 75K watch hours in 3 months Best of luck

You're not allowed to monetize video game footage through a direct YouTube partnership. You need to find a 3rd party YouTube network.

I have noticed that Spanish or Japanese youtubers with only 250 subscribers are getting youtube partership from fullscreen and machinima. I was told that they want to promote themselves in those regions hence they are easily accepting new youtubers of those region. I tried for India yet I got no response even after a month.
