Hi guys recently my paypal account got limited reason being they ask me to verify that im the owner of the account and all that.
The information they ask was

Now i already have changed my password as well as the security question and im just wondering would a VCC be able to help me verify that account?
I cant use my debit card or bank account because that paypal account was registered under United Arab Emirates address. So right now im in Malaysia. Would a VCC help me to lift the limit of my account? There is only 2 transaction on that account and it only got limited today and the only thing its lacking is the verification code from a credit card.
hoping to buy a VCC ASAP as my paypal account has over 100$ inside it.
And i heard the VCC has to have over 5$ for it to work i just read it somewhere.
And i say paypalvcc.com or something like that selling a VCC to verify for 10$ just cant contact them and not sure if the are legit. I would be willing to pay someone who is able to help me get a vcc or with this problem.
