Needed: Program/Script that determines whether two celebrities have been romantically involved. Will need to eventually be imbedded in a website (I can do this, or you can). Output should be a score (i.e. 100 means they're married, 50 means they hooked up, 0 means they're the same gender and not-gay).
Accuracy: Not much needed. I am cost sensitive, so this should be quick and dirty... use # of google search results, comb news article titles, etc. to get the score. Whatever will have some accuracy directionally.
Response: Cost, time to completion, what tech you'd deliver the output in, and how you would propose to determine the score.
