I assume you did those steps:
Upload wordpress files to Public_html
Create Database name
Create User for Database
Link User To Database
Edit wp-config.php "database info"
Run the Install.php " https://salesportshirts.com/wp-admin/install.php "

its uploaded now but now when i am installing themes or plugins or uploading images in wordpress its giving me this error
