Need To Start A Forum Website

Hello BH Members.

I'm a blogger and having 2 WordPress blogs running successfully. Now I'm very interested in starting a forum(community). I'm having a xenforo forum licence. Can you suggest me a topic to start a good forum? I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what I could make a forum for that hasn't already been done so many times. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Start a Forum entitled PinkHatWorld .... it would be a forum with a bunch of people with fake female ID who are doing Internet Marketing.

You could look in Google trends for something new that will still be around in the next few years.
Maybe some new technology or device that will be interesting enough for many people.

Welcome aboard bro! Hope you have a nice stay and learn a lot from Good people here! And so far your question is concerned, i guess always start something that you have the most knowledge about. So start something you know a lot!

Great! Fast response. Well, in 2013, i have started a forum named "polljunction" (still it is online). I think, It is not a good idea to continue on that forum. That's why I need to try a new topic. If I get a good trending topic, I will replace my forum with new one. So, I'm waiting for a unique idea..

For people to come back to a Forum, it needs to fill an urgent need and to solve a problem. Otherwise, people find their information and just leave.

Here are a bunch of topics that would be good:
Parenting
Stress
Weight Loss

But obviously there are a bunch of those, so try to go even more niche.
Parenting for Twins
Stress for Professionals
Weight Loss for Man

You can also try to create a forum by professions, such as
Plumbers
Florists

You could try what I'm currently (but very slowly) working and, and start a forum based off of one of your blog niches.

Car forums are always great. They are communities where there are definite needs, but you gotta niche it down properly & make sure you're serving an underserved market. There are a lot of them out there, so maybe pick a specific make. Selection is the challenging part...

what I remarked lately : there are not much forums / website about

- marriage arrangements (try to get local business people with their ads)

-its absolutely not my favorite theme, I'm not (yet) into that subject -

- not much forums about faking exams / tests at school (with high tech)

- not so much forums about Lesbians (if there are pictures - and real female users that are sharing something - they are usually good pages to fap to, as a guy)

All the forum ideas are done now. Just need to make your forum more unique than the others.

if you need more ideas, go to "google groups" and see which
groups have the most traffic and make a forum about that topic.

or discuss video games and music.

movie and tv show sites get tons of visits.

if you can stand the heat, make a political forum and
have separate boards for each state
(hate alone will keep it going for years):

california politics, new york politics, florida politics, etc. etc.

dog training tips are always popular. did you know you should never feed
your dog before you eat? if you do the dog will become hard to control.
