Need to remove ads from videos.

I recently started out with youtube. I uploaded a video and saw that ads are popping up on it after that yellow mark in the seek bar.
I need to remove these ads, so that I can add these videos to vagex for viewing. I searched on google but no good answer.
Please help.

Do you have copyrighted content?

Is the ads is your adsense?

It is because a copyright holder claims you have posted their content. Check the email addy for your account.

Yes, I did get a notice called "Matched Third Party Content". So is this because of that?
And If I add it to vagex, will I really get banned, or it is just a warning that can be ignored?
