Need to know the limits

Hi guys,

I wonder if any one helps me, I am going to build 220 links through manual posting, all unique content on high DA websites..

I plan to do tier 2 through wiki, article post and forum submissions. and tier 3 as blog comments.

Can anyone suggest me the maximum limits to keep in mind for tier 2 and 3 to avoid being blacklisted..
