Need to increase PR as quickly as possible - short term

Hi, What are some methods (if they exist) that can get me page 1 in google very quickly. I have a site with very little content and I don't care if my url gets banned eventually, I just need it up there for a few weeks. Will buying bulk backlinks help this?
