The only service you are giving us is Indian tech support. Sadly, because as you said some people violate the so-called guidelines, whenever I hear Indian tech support there is a little voice in my head saying "scammers!". Considering that, plus you wanting to do something blackhat, made me believe your service couldn't be 100% ethically correct.

PS: just checked my hands, pretty shocked to discover that not all my fingers are the same! Thanks captain obvious :p (Jk!)

There're no shortcuts to success and with the ever evolving SEO, it's hard to get a website on the first page of Google in a short period of time. Tactics like blackhat SEO, link farms, buying links can actually do more damage than actually help your website.

Having said that, do take a look at Mondovo, wherein you can actually do all the basic SEO stuff yourself. Do give it a shot.
