Need Someone that can scrape emails for me

Hi guys,
I need a good source for email addresses. I'm looking to get targeted emails from businesses such as plumbers, joiners, electricians, etc.

I'm thinking this is a 2-step process, scrape yell for the websites, one area at a time. Get a master list of plumbers websites, then step 2, find the emails of the master list by either scraping their sites or by whois lookup.

Can anyone help with this? Potential for on-going work.
