Need someone good at getting organic traffic

Hey everybody,

I'm looking for somebody who's good a getting organic traffic to websites. I have a music video website that gets a huge amount of referring traffic, but I'd like to find somebody who is good at drawing in people and getting people interactive. We constantly post up relevant unique content, so I don't think it'd be a matter of us not having an interesting site. I can provide the links to my websites to talk in more details.
