Need some help with Instagram FollowLiker hashtag & proxy settings

Could Someone also assist about the proxy thing please ?
Do i need to take proxies near my home country ( Belgium) or can i take proxies in Poland for instance ?
Won't IG see that the IP is in Belgium but the proxy address is in Poland ?
