My website is Ranking for the Keyword 'IVF treatment cost in India' on 7th Number on Google.com

How can you help me?
You just need to search for this on Google IVF treatment cost in India and then look for the website Infertilitydost.com. Click the website and spend a couple of minutes on my site and click around a bit. if possible stay there for 2+ minutes

Why I need your Help?
I want to Know, what Google will do when you guys go and Click my result by escaping all other top results. Do you think Google will notice this and Rank me above?

Or something else will happen?

It would probably only increase your bounce rate, and from my understanding that is not a metric you want to have.

Perhaps asking the people who are willing to help you out to actually spend a couple of minutes on your site and click around a bit. This, unless you actually want to see what happens with your site when a visitor leaves the site almost immediately.

In order to move up in rank the users would have to search for your keyword than find your website. After finding it, they must click on it and stay on your page for 2 minutes+ the reason for this is because google tracks the retention from searches

So, You don't get sarcasm ha?
If you want to increase your CTR, Check search network ads on your keyword and make your meta description like that.
No one will work for you. Either spend your money or time on improving meta.

Heres my tip : dont ever try to trick google.

You can definitely "trick" google for a short period of time
But I dont know of 1 person that tricked google for long periods of time

And yeah, PBNS don't count because you're not tricking anybody and are literally 1 update away from getting crushed.

This will increase your bounce rate. A person must spend at least 2-3 minutes on your website. But for your website to move up, a lot of people must click on your website. I mean hundreds of people atleast.

Rather than tricking Google, make your metas and content on the webpages/blog pages more optimized. It seems it's local business, try to do it's local SEO, ask your clients to add Google reviews and add schema on NAP.
