Need some advice/help from a youtube facebook and twitter expert

Hey peeps I'm relatively new to the building my subscriptions on YouTube, growing my groups pages and getting twitter followers, Dec 19 I had 2 subs to my youtube channel so I ploughed content in crossed it over from facebook and it seems to be working I'm now on 1895 subscriptions, twitter is a lost cause 1 follower and then there is facebook in total either owner or Co owner of no less than 10 groups covering near 20/40 thousand members and either admin or own bout 27 facebook pages in total half are sitting unpublished just now I tried to put across to the other members of the fb team that we need specific pages 1 group then 1 page 2 max I'd amy one able to have a quick look over the figures content see if anything flags up at all would be very grateful iain aka
