even if you don't care about morals, the thing you're trying to do, can and most probably will lead into getting caught, because you'll be sending 1k fake leads and none of them will convert on the advertiser's end, your earnings will be forfeited, so you spend $$$ for nothing
the network be like, here's this new pub, he's made a few k in a short time frame (maybe even making it to the top earners list) out of fucking nowhere, there's no trace how exactly he got the leads and none of them convert

it's true, it's blackhatworld and all about bending the rules, the problem with what you're planning to do is that you're trying to cheat the advertiser and the network you're working for out of their money thinking they're stupid when they saw every trick in the book
