thousands of people are doing it and i am trying for first time no one is allowed to sell social media fans,accounts.. why people r selling those? and this is blackhatworld !!! not whitehatworld :/

that's two very different things, selling social media accs is only against site TOS, no scamming is involved, you get what you pay for

even if you don't care about morals, the thing you're trying to do, can and most probably will lead into getting caught, because you'll be sending 1k fake leads and none of them will convert on the advertiser's end, your earnings will be forfeited, so you spend $$$ for nothing
the network be like, here's this new pub, he's made a few k in a short time frame (maybe even making it to the top earners list) out of fucking nowhere, there's no trace how exactly he got the leads and none of them convert

as far i know ..they only need somneone to complete surveys/offers ... if i buy 1000 offers /surveys from someone .. what r they losing?
