Need serious help: Getting 2lakh+ daily pageviews on my android app.

Hello, this is my first post on blackhatworld and if i am breaking any rule then please correct me.

I am having an android app with 2-3lakh+ daily pageviews on it or you can say daily 1500+ installs from playstore and 95% of it is indian traffic. I had monetize it with google admob but in vain, I'm not getting ad impressions.

Pageviews: 2-3lakhs+ per day
Impressions: not more than 10k per day

It's because admob isn't serving ads most of the time to indian traffic in my app while from vpn it's showing ads. Please help me what should i do? how to get impressions? Should i add some pages to the app with text in it as the app isnt having any written content in it, may be that is the reason of low ad serving or if not then please provide some solution.

Or suggest some other network apart from admob for indian traffic. Please help as after so much hard work i hardly earn 2-3$ a day.

P.s.: English isn't my first language.

I think, with game app you should go with chartboost.

ItsI primarily not a game app it's like a spin and win game, will chartboost work? and most of it is indian traffic.
