Need Russian Emails and Email Blast to Them - Ongoing Work

First I am promoting a Russian Social Network site and I want to:

1st - Find as many Russian emails as possible.

2nd - Blast an advertisement to the emails found

Anyone interested, please let me know. More work to come if this venture is successful.
