I have read many topics on BHW.

There many places I saw somebody suggest to use the residential proxy to make Adword account.

Can Anyone help me to find cheap rated residential proxy?

Check the proxies section of BHW btw any residential proxy is expensive AF.

Have you tried stormproxies? Don''t know if that is a option for your case.

you can buy a resedential rdp but it is not legal lol it is basically you using someones ip without them knowing

Residential ip's are never cheap. However you can create adwords account without them. Residential ip's may help but not essential.

You can use Ibm cloud rdp. They have Dedicated ip, private server etc
