Need Private Brazil Proxy

i need to make accounts for bing/facebook and need a private Brazilian proxy that isn't black listed or already banned. Let me know if you know where to find something like this.

Look in the marketplace, there are plenty of providers.

 

not too many with private brazil proxies...

If you're deadset on Brazil then you're probably going to have to scan some for yourself to be honest. As far as general private proxies capable of creating accounts for those, there are definitely plenty of providers that can help you there if you're not going to be restricted to the country of Brazil.
