Need more unique visitors on my Tumblrs

I have several Tumblrs with automated content (images and videos).

There is 1 MAJOR DOWNSIDE TO THIS TECHNIQUE. Even if you use bots, imacro's or even just only great tags you will always end up getting followers but to actually make money with it you need UNIQUE OR RETURNING VISITORS like a real website people check daily. The problem with Tumblr is that once people follow you they almost never go to your original Tumblr where the Ads are so you make little or no money.

Tumblr is very strict in using Ads they only allow Adsense for now and some Mylikes links but nothing else really, the adult niche is also dead because they get massbanned everytime.

I'm curious how to get more unique / returning visitors to my Tumblrs ? I'm already active with linked Twitter and Facebook accounts but it does not give the wanted outcome. Willing to buy Fiverr gigs.
I have like 5000 followers on average on all my Tumblrs with minimum 80+ reblogs on every picture but the unique visitors are so low.

90% of my traffic is from google, but i blasted my adult tumblrs with xrumer, adult niche aren't dead at tumblr, none of my blogs are banned

You will need a lot more that 5000 followers the real money in tumblr is from driving traffic to you money site with click through links.

I only monetize it with Adsense now. When using IFTTT you cannot set a click through link sadly enough.

Get the traffic out of tumblr.
