Need more traffic for my Telegram account

Hey!

My niche ist dating. GEO is DACH. I have a very well converting Telegram bot/ autoresponder (CR 14-20%, SOI offers). At the moment I'm spamming the name of the Telegram account on different sites. But thats very time consuming and many sites have detected what I'm doing and I get banned very fast.

My question is if anyone has an idea how to promote my Telegram account with PPC or any other paid promotion so more people writing a message to it.
