Hi, I've seen someone offer something like this before but couldn't find it when searching on here.
Basically I need someone with a SEPARATE Instagram account to tag a location-specific group of Instagram users under a picture. It's not CPA or advertising a product, it's for an event. I know a specific Instagram account where everyone following this user lives in a certain location and I'd want to target all their followers. I've seen these spam accounts that do it and tag like 3-4 users per comment and have 3,000+ comments under a photo.
If you can do this and are good at it, I'll be a repeat customer every month. PM me with any questions or more details and let me know about how much it would cost per 1,000 users tagged.
