Need honest feedback on a new (to me) idea.

I am very much new at this IM stuff and my question will most likely reveal that. Here goes anyway.

I am from the U.S. but moved across the globe (an Asian country where labor is dirt cheap) and have been here for the last 4.5 years.

I have been exploring my talents, interests, and past experience for a niche.

I opened an internet cafe, and it is open for 12 hours of the day. I had the idea that I could easily hire 10-15 people for about US$10 per day (total). During the time my internet cafe was closed I could direct those people to surf, hit, join, comment, post on any site(s) on the web. I did the math and it is a lot of traffic to direct.

This seems like this would be blackhat so I ask the question here.

I have a few ideas on how to monetize this idea, but I am sure there are many of you who are better qualified and experienced to advise.

I am not sure if it has been done before, would be popular, and/or just how valuable it could be.

If you have ideas on how to monetize this idea I would be very appreciative to hear them.

If you train them to do set tasks you could hire them out.
i.e. 50 blog comments for $xx
First idea that comes to mind.

I thought about having my own internet cafe, and one thought come to me:

Your idea is cool if it don't make your real and primary business more difficult. If you manage to do this without loosing normal clients, could be a great idea.

But if this would hurt the internet cafe, I will think really carefull about doing it.


PS: If your cafe isn't doing very well, by all means this could save your business

There are companies that pay people to do this - google "get paid to surf" and other phrases and join some networks - give your cafe users option to earn credits by doing the work for you

When you get enough people cut out the network and offer services directly on freelancing sites
