Need Help With Semrush

First of all a little background. You can clearly see that I am very new (noob) in this group but I can say that I have got basic knowledge on seo. The problem foe me is that I found a nice micro niche tittle and according to SEMRUSH it is getting 10k traffic from USA and no other domain is registered with that niche for e.g I have found link building scope niche and it has monthly 10k traffic with 4$ CPC and it has 0 results for that niche in the URL with K.D 70 so my question is:
1> Will it be good make a niche webiste in this with all the seo technique from this group ?
2> I doing the research wrong and am using SEMRUSH improperly?
3>It will be good but not great .
4> Worth a trying

I will be making more website surrounding this micro niche and will good quality posts and backlinks . So anyone will help me . I have been in this industry since I was 8 yrs old but after reading the post from this forum I think I can do better. SO a little help will be appreciated . Thanks in advance.

Worth a try, they are tutorial on SEMrush that you can use, and this forum to learn more. If you think it's a good opportunity go for iit!
If you found out that there is a 10k traffic and no one is ranking on it, I'll definitely do it

Thanks man for the info Yeah I also found it with trail SEMRUSH pack but will be getting guru pack today to find better oppourtunity else go for that option with further research .

Kudos man thanks for the motivation . Full of energy right now opened 50 tabs from this forum to get all the info will post If I got any success .

Double check it using Keysearch, KWFinder or Keyword Revealer, some have free access for 3 or 5 searches a day.
