Need Help with my website speed

Hi everyone, Sorry for the grammar, English is not my first language.

This is also my first thread besides the introduction one, so im not sure if Im posting this thread in the right section. If im not, please move it or let me know how to fix it.

So I been researching a lot for the past few weeks and decided to go with Dropshipping. Not long ago I bought a hosting (Hostgator, starting to regret it as I think this is the culprit - I'm using the Shared/Baby Plan), bought a domain, bought a theme (flatsome) and added at least 50 product in my website. I'm at the point to start advertising (which im testing with FB ads), however, I been optimizing my website as much as I can (not an expert) but still having issues with the load speed, its super slow. Sometimes it takes around 6 seconds to load, sometimes it takes 20s to load.

I'm using Wordpress + Woocommerce, here's some screenshots of GTmetrix and Pingdom.




As you can see the score is not bad but the website still takes long to load.

Here's the plugins I'm using to optimize my website:

WP Rocket + Cloudflare
Imagify for Image optimization


Has anyone experience this? If so, how did you fix it ?

It's because im using Hostgator shared/baby plan? It's worth to upgrade to their business plan?

Someone told me to switch to Sitegrounds but I dont want to go through the Hazel of moving my site to another hosting because:
1. I dont know how to do it and I'm guessing it will take me a long time to do
2. Will distract me from learning the other stuff I should be learning like advertising
3. I spend to much time on setting up this site to do it again

Siteground is pretty good, me Personally using a VPS with these guys https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/100-ssd-unlimited-hosting-exclusive-bhw-discounts.861547/page-14 @HudsonWebServices but they got good shared hosting too and will migrate your site for free.

And finding the right host, setting things up, security etc etc it all takes time.

But without seeing your website it's too hard to tell what the problem is. PM the link.

Hi, im trying to find a solution in my current hosting without switching to another hosting.

For example, I want to try everything before I switch.

I think you got a JS issue I didn't see any images until I refreshed everything, how many plugins you got running and how many JS processes?

Also that loading screen at the start and between pages usually delays the website. Also the theme it self might be the issue.

And tip for your store, don't set every single item on sale.

i dont trust those site speed sites. I had a site last week was taking 10-20 seconds to load, and after i installed wp super cache,
i measured it again, and this time it was down to 2 seconds. Great I thought. Came back this week and measured it again, back up to 10 seconds again!
Nothing was done to the site, and no significant traffic either. When I browse from across the pond, the page loads in a couple of seconds,
so thats my new speed measurement. Browsing on a cookieless firefox, and a manual count.

Obviously, it's the problem with the connection speed. Switch the hosting. Maybe, upgrade the hosting plan.
