You can upload others video to your account. There is nothing any restriction so you will not get any copyright notification.
thank mate,but what about artwork and pictures? Lets say I have an instagram account about game of thrones and I want
to upload pictures and artwork that I find online. can I do it? or is that not allow?

Copyright is copyright doesn't matter the platform, YouTube/Instagram/Soundcloud etc. its not allowed,you'll get removed / banned / deleted and in the worst scenarios DMCA can put charges on ya for that kinda activity. check H3h3 case.
better be original or hire someone to do this work for you!,

Normally, there shouldn't be an issue on this. But if someone does report, or make a whole lot of noise concerning this, then IG would be forced to have a look, and etc. But most of the time, it shouldn't be an issue, just that if someone reports it, etc. So if you went and take a video from some high profile person or an internet celebrity, etc, and if that person makes a complaint, then the content would be investigated, etc. So if you take videos from low profile sources, it should be ok. But copyright is still copyright --- but there are many general things that shouldn't be copyrighted or have such issues, so vetting is the key.
I really appreciated your answer man.Just one more question,what about clips? can I have clips from my favorite tv show on my facebook account?
I have seen others do it,so that is why I wonder if I can do it without risking getting my pretty white hairless a$% sued.

You can use it but mention the author credit. There is another way find out the art or picture that has permission to use or share.
