Need help with instagram growth

I would like to start an account from scratch for my video editing business and target potential clients. I have Instagram bot for growth and I know how to grow the account, but I have a big problem.

From which accounts to scrape followers to get potential clients, how to find people who are interested and need video editing service?

Should I try to scrape from other video editing businesses? If yes, what is the best way to find which one are most successful?

Look out for other video editing businesses based on where you live and check out their followers/engagers to see what quality their audience is and if they are real.Mostly Accounts similar to you become your targets to get the Audience from.

Make sure to make your profile authentic before starting the Targeting.

Think about it from the point of your targeted audience's view.

What do these users use? Photoshop. Premiere Pro. FCP. They might be fans of Adobe so the followers of Adobe's account might help.

What kind of videos do you edit? Wedding? Then wedding companies, destination resorts and similar places will be where your audience is following.
