Need Help with Dropshipping

Since I'm noob in this niche, so please bear with my silly questions.

I Just want to ask, If I dropship an item from China to Canada and via epacket it take 15-20 days, then what usually should I say to the customer since the item will take too long to be delivered.

I hope my query is understandable.

I need help with this from Experts here.

I'm a beginner too in dropshipping (two months) but this is what I do:

As long as you offer "free shipping", the customers will be OK with a long delivery time.
If your customers still consider the ePacket delivery time to be long or if they're wondering why their material is being shipped from China, you can tell them that the item was "sold out" due to high demand so you had to ship their order directly from the factory (or main warehouse).
Don't forget to tell your supplier to not mention the price or add any promotional material with the dropshipped item.
