Need Help With Creating My Own Offer

I got some ideas regarding creating my own CPA offer.

I think I got the main parts figured out, but I need some more info regarding the tracking part. Like the postback URL and stuff.

So basically, how do I set-up the code so that the affiliates will get paid if action get's fired. Is there any tool for this is or should I set it up manually? If I were to hire a freelancer, what exactly should I tell him his job is?

Any other tips/tricks would also be appreciated.

That technical stuff and required professional guy to setup properly, your best bet is to hire someone to do this.
