Need help with CPA offers (Content lockers)

Hey BHW!
I am rojuhh and I am a big noobie. I joined BHW around 2 weeks ago and was very excited to try a content locker through OGAds. However, when I created the content locker through their site, it gave me a direct link to the content locker. However, when I click this link, it loads the same page again. Now my noobie question is, do you need a landing page for the content locker to work. If no, how do I make the direct link work?

Okay, I requested one. It is still pending, once it's approved, what do I need to do then?
