there's always a way if you know what the problem is. But there have been several google updates in the last 2 months, so I'm guessing that your site was affected by one of these updates, as it's the case with sites of many of our forum's members. Just wait for the dust to settle and then, if your rankings don't come back up, you can try to find solutions to the problem

Woah, so many threads related to traffic drop lately. The recent spam update was huge, it seems. I lost about 10% traffic on one of my sites, but not as much as other users complaining. I guess Google tried to fight PAA/AI sites but as always, many whitehat sites got hit.

You need to review your seo strategy again after this drop. Take a look at the keywords that lost rankings. The analysis may tell you some clues. Check your backlink profile again and identify the spammy ones and get rid of them. Identify the content flaws and rectify them.

These may sound like general SEO tips but this is what we do after ranking drops.

I see similar drop in traffic and ranks. Will wait for sometime then start updating content.

Lots of people have had their site nuked from this spam Google update, my site was white hat as got 90% dropped, I feel sorry for anyone who's income solely relies on Google and got hit
