Need Help to Verify Google Ads Agency Account (Using Yojoy Network)

Hey everyone,


I really need your help.


We are running ads using an agency account connected to Yojoy Network Technology Co., Limited.
They (Yojoy) are the ones who pay Google directly, and we (the advertiser) pay Yojoy for our ad spend.


Now Google paused our account and asked us to complete business operations verification.
We tried to verify more than 4 times, but Google keeps refusing us.


We are not sure what to submit:

• Should we upload a business license?
• Or should we upload a personal ID?
• Or maybe both?

Also, because the account is under Yojoy's MCC (agency), not sure if we should show Yojoy’s documents, or just our own company documents?


If anyone here already verified an agency account (where another company like Yojoy is paying Google),
please tell us exactly what you submitted and how you explained it.


We really need advice because the account is paused and time is running out.

In your Google Ads account (which is connected to Yojoy Network Technology Co., Limited), what campaigns are being run ? For example, if there is a campaign related to watches and the business verification documents that you submit, is related to restaurants, then it would automatically get rejected. Make sure the business documents you submit directly related to what you are advertising in that Google Ads account.

Upload your own company documents or what is your niche?

If the supplier can replace your advertising account, do so. It will save you a lot of headache.

the agency should make the BOV for u... why u pay them if not?

just ask for replace from your supplier

You should upload both business license and personal ID. Also, submit Yojoy’s documents along with your own company documents. I hope this helps you.

Business certification is something that many agents are unable to do for you due to the KYC implications. Even if you submit documents related to Yojoy, it will not work.

As far as I know you have to submit KYC documents related to your domain name for it to work.
