I found that https://groupbuyexpert.com uptime rate is quite good but it is a bit expensive compared to the others. This service include semrush business, adbeat advanced... and others which cannot be found in any other group buy service.
Another service is Toolszap which is cheaper, but their limit is lower. I have used both of these services before and I did not face any problems.
This is my own opinion as I have used them. I am not promoting these two nor am I connected to their affiliate program. It's totally up to you whether you want o use it or not.

i used this service, they oversell their products, the other users delete what you have made on the tools & they are not interested in resolving disputes between users, even if you cant use the tools because everything you do gets deleted by the other users,
i had to ask for a refund, in the email they sent with the refund it said "hope to see you again soon" but when i tried to reorder something else again they refused the order & refunded me.
nearly all the websites you see at the top of google for the main terms are theirs, they are all in vietnam, have a look at who the paypal is paid to , different users for different sites, but all in vietnam, same cms etc

use google chrome and translate browser to English, and you may able to chat via facebook chatbox, and with my experience their service is really good, fast response and less down time
I ordered ahref, spamzilla, one-hour indexing, and 4 other SEO tools groupbyseotools.org. The service is the worst. Not all tools will work daily. Few of them work on someday and a few others on another day. I vexed up raising the issue to David (support team) daily.

Is one-hour indexing working? what is the daily limit? is that guy able to enforce the limit? or is it free for all.

40 URLs per day. I tried my 40 backlinks in one-hour indexing. None of them are indexed.
Can someone suggest to me the best group by SEO tools for ahref? I see flikover increased cost drastically.

40 url is not a limit , it's a recommendation by one hour indexing.
You can put 0 and submit 1000 links in one go.
I bought group yesterday, that guy there didnt tell me if he can :
Enforce the daily limit of 100 or not. That guy on chat keep telling 100 day limit per day.
I took the chance and wollah spammers are send 1000 links a day.
1000 limit per day got over in one go by one spammer, and David guy can't do nothing.
Huge time waster.
Time is money, save money stay away from this group buy.
