Need Help Starting Ads For Facebook

Hi guys,

I used to run Shopify store and I know how it goes to run ads on facebook and instagram. But after an years break, I am not able to setup my facebook ad manager, for 1 reason or another things go wrong and my account is disabled or something happens.

I have created a fresh fb account and need someone to -

1) Setup FB page for my Etsy Business.
2) Setup Business manager for the page and help start off ads on it.

I had an fb page, but the ads weren't working so I had to delete the page.

Looking for someone who does this on regular basis.

Budget - 10$ - 30$, since its only setup and will not take more than an hour.

Don't use fresh accounts, fb is giving problems to new accounts. Better use old accounts to run ads.
