Need Help Some of My Gmail Hacked

Suddenly noticed 4 of my gmail account hacked, I am using these gmail to run client ads on google.
Don't understand how hacker got access my account.

Hacker just added their mobile number as 2FA security.
1. Password Not Change Yet.
2. Recovery Not Change yet
3. My Mobile Number Not Removed yet.
4. I didn't get any single notification on my mobile and email that hacker added their number as 2FA.

Problem:
1. Tried to recover via g.co/recover
2. After all recovery done via recovery email google still ask to send code to hacker number.

Possible Reason:
1. I save my password, 2FA Code in google sheet. But Google sheet no one using than me.
2. I am using anti detect browser Dicloack, ixbrowser
3. I bought USA mobile number from Numero and Fanytel to create gmail account.

I am hopeless, My ads are running, Google frequently tried to charging my cards. Although i have blocked all cards.
But Bill are on going.

I need help from you to recover my account. please help me. Your help high requested.
