Need help r info abt ur experience

So this is an issue I'm facing in paypal n freelance marketplace like fiverr, upwork
Issue:debit card not linking, it says your card was declined, basically I'm from India so which debit card can i use to link these marketplace as far as I'm a student so i am not interested to buy credit card

Kindly ans me to solve by linking only in debit card method not credit card!

And any indian freelancer watching this help me out.

Add your bank account to PayPal to receive money from fiverr, upwork etc To spend money at fiverr, upwork add debit card to PayPal.
If debit card doesn't work get the one credit card. You add money as fixed deposit and get the same credit as fd amount.

It didn't workin brother, that's why am asking so can i go with virtual debit card

Both coz it's says payment card is declined

Get the cc as I explained earlier.
