I just got limited by paypal and i need a utility bill however the name on paypal is different.Can anyone photoshop and put the desired name?

Utility bills are fairly easy to photoshop. I can't offer the service but I definitely saw a user on here with a signature saying they offered this service. I'll post back in here once I find them - in the meantime, just look around in this section and you might see them as well

Anyone good with photoshop should be able to do that.
On another note, I don't think threads like this are permitted in BHW.

My paypal got limited and its asking for phone Verification either call or text
i need to provide a USA phone number registered in my name

and i am not from USA can someone help with this

You can ask to people who doing Paypal verification members ie somebody in BHW doing Paypal verification, limits removals etc you can try that method
