about that usa account and atm card... I live in india.. Can I take money from indian bank atms? Is something like payoneer?

I am really interested in this. I just have a couple of questions first though.
1. I have a PayPal that is limited "for good" according to PayPal. Will showing these documents to them help in anyway? Or would you be able to sweet talk them into removing the limit? The limitation I have on my real PayPal account gives me no option to get it appealed.

2. Would we need a proxy for the already verified accounts with a recent transaction because wouldn't PayPal notice the IP change?

3. You said we could buy the documents separately right? So if we get a card verified paypal and then that gets limited, we can buy the documents?

Not all documents, such as Proof of address/ID have been given to paypal, so in the end they'll limit your account anyways... right?

Yes, you can eaily cash out the money from any ATM worldwide as like Payoneer.

1- Purchasing verified account with recent transaction made on it will not create any IP detection problem.

2- No proxy needed. I will guide you how to use it.

3- Yes, if you purchase a card verified PayPal account and after some time when you crossed $1K to $1650 then PayPal will ask you to provide documents. Then you can request me to hand over you the documents associate for that account

Yes you can withdraw it from India as like Payoneer

you need to purchase reloadable VCC to load your card. I can help you if you want funds in PayPal without the need of VCC. You need to pay me via LibertyReserve or MB or through some other source

Why not? PayPal has its own rule and regulation. They even limit business account. they can do what every they want? I am using 2 paypal accounts with all documents verified and still using it nicely with no issues.

I need the ATM Card. If I have got this correct - I get an account from you, and an ATM card connected to that account. Instead of withdrawing to a bank account, I could easily take out cash from an ATM instead?

You require US address (NO P O Box) and Mail forwarders like:

After you will send us the address provided by your service. We will create a PayPal account, issue a Bank account to your PayPal name and after a Process of 1 week, Bank will send you the ATM card at your US address.

Your US address provider will contact you and charge a shipping cost to deliver at your home

When you receive the card, you will contact me, I will activate the card.

Then you will add a bank account to paypal provided to you with Card.

The paypal will verify it and after that you can able to withdraw money to bank and withdraw it through VISA electron ATM worldwide and can use everywhere that accepts VISA.

1- By adding bank account or something will not make your account limited until and unless you do some illegal activities.

2- The bank only block the account if they found some suspecious activity like money laundring etc. You will loose the funds and cannot be restored

3- If you have a US bank account then you don't need US PayPal, you can add US account to any country.
If you order then I will create a verified PayPal account with ready documents.

When you reach the transaction limit of $1K-$1650 then paypal will ask you to provide ID card, utility bill, passport and at that time I will provide you all the documents and after that you can use PayPal freely.

I live in Pakistan, What is the best solution for me to use Paypal account and not get it limited (Pakistan is PP banned country)?

Purchase a Card verified PayPal account from me. Use it to send and receive funds. To withdraw, you need to use 2CO or some other payment gateway.

Hey, great service you have here, I just have one question.

I have legit paypal in my country and I have verified it of course, but after a year or so, I needed to verify it again, for purpose of security, so they say.

I am just wandering do you promise to verify the account I buy from you each time PayPal asks that from me, or just the first time?
