Need help on paypal limitation service

I just got limited by paypal and i need a utility bill however the name on paypal is different.Can anyone photoshop and put the desired name?

Utility bills are fairly easy to photoshop. I can't offer the service but I definitely saw a user on here with a signature saying they offered this service. I'll post back in here once I find them - in the meantime, just look around in this section and you might see them as well
