i made a website and submitted to google but do not have backlinks to my site..I submitted to dmoz, Ezine articles but still it shows that it is not submitted in those directories..i just want to know what is needed to be done after making a fresh site..so that it ranks in google and earn me some money

Well, first off get some backlinks. Make sure it is optimized for mobile use. Additionally, you seem like a noob so I would highly recommend buying an SEO package from someone on this site as ranking a site is not easy. Also, make sure you're keywords aren't too difficult to rank.

Can you suggest from where to get high pr backlinks

First, make sure your on-page content is optimised. I have a guide here on BHW that covers on-page SEO to rank a website without backlinks (people will naturally link to your content in time, but it can be a bit slow to gain backlinks this way).

Once you've optimised your on-page content, start working on your off-page SEO (if it's a local site, work on building citations). I'm not good with baclinks, but you can try looking at the backlink profiles of your competitors and make an attempt to get your link on those sites (T0mmy has a great guide on competitor link research).

If everything could be answered in three sentences, why would people charge a lot of money for SEO services? Why would BHW have a whole marketplace section for those services alone?

I Just ranked 4 keyword with some very cheap seo pack from seoclerks ! Maybe made cost total 25$ only :) Pm me if you wanna know which services i used ..

It will take time before you get any traffic from Google. But it will be automatically indexed, there`s nothing you have to do.

build backlinks to your site with high authority sites related of same niche.

Make sure you use the right service for your site otherwise there will be no traffic!

It looks like you're submitting to sites that are regularly spammed with low quality links, so they're all nofollow. Dmoz used to allow follow links but not sure if this is still the case... best check that. There's some decent pbn offers here that give backlinks from relevant blog content - that's one way to start. Other way is to find sites with a good pr/da and check their outbound links in chrome or firefox. If they look like this:
Code:
<a href="siteaddress" rel="nofollow">
it won't count as a backlink so it won't help your standing. If not, find a way to submit a decent link that looks relevant so it won't get deleted by a mod 2 mins after you submit.
